Received this award on 51st Engineer's Day celebration organized by The Institute of Engineers (IEI), India, Salem Local Center on 15th September, 2018.

Award was given by Institute of Explorign Advances in Engineering (IEAE), an ISO 9001:2015 Certified Insittute by Universal Registrars and Accredited by EA-JAS, and the project was indexed in IEAE-DLAP.

(Sep 05, 2022 | Engineering Application Developer, Jacobs) Shushil has built upon his basic C# knowledge and has very quickly picked up how to use the AutoCAD and Civil 3D API's, which is impressive when he has no prior knowledge of using the software manually. Anything I have shown him he has usually grasped quickly, and could often see in use on future calls. One such example was how to use the debugging features of Visual Studio, which he then appeared to use without issue from that point onwards.

He is also not afraid to ask for help or advice when he is stuck.

(Sep 05, 2022 | Specialist Programme Delivery Manager, UK, Jacobs) Shushil has worked hard to gain an understanding of Civil 3D and its API. He has worked well with the wider automation team, enabling him to develop some valuable automation and compliance checking tools. He will be able to build further on his knowledge and skills as part of the work being undertaken with Focus 2023 to further develop the compliance tools into the wider Model Compliance automation solution.

Shushil has been active in reaching out for support from myself and Jon Dempsey, whether it is to do with clarifying the requirements of the solution, understanding Civil 3D functionality and its API, or resolving coding challenges.

We look forward to him increasing his confidence in the use of the APIs, which the Focus 2023 Model Compliance package should help facilitate.

(Sep 05, 2022 | Senior Associate Director Transportation, UK, Jacobs) Shushil has been great to work with over the last 6 months, having had some mixed experiences with support from digital resources prior to finding Shushil he has significantly supported Jon Dempsey, Duncan Taylor and myself with developing of solutions to support model compliance and design in Civil 3D. The tools developed will likely form part of the Focus 2023 onward development around model compliance and look forward to continuing to work with Shushil in FY23.

Despite Civil 3D and parts of coding been a new experience to Shushil he throw himself in, doing self learning adn proactive in seeking support from others to discuss. Going forward Shushil should continue to look at the network both in India and UK to offer his support and provide a variety of opportunities across the business.

I got to learn a lot from him and he supported me throughout the internship period and encouraged me to push my limits to achieve success. I am a fresher and I had no knowledge about Designing, Modelling, Simulations adn Shushil Sir guided me throughout and also helped me understand the work culture at Jacobs and in the industry. I feel really lucky to work under his mentorship and I really look forward to work with sir again.
